Had a very lovely time. I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were pleasant. The continental breakfast was a bonus. The double room was modern, it had a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location was magnificent, very close to Archena, several bars and the Centre😃😃

We booked this hotel to get to know the spa. They offered us a spa service with payment and did not tell us that with a hotel ticket they were giving a discount on some of the spa services. What does this mean?
It's not a four-star hotel. Antique, unkempt furniture. It's right next to the drinking area. On Saturday night at six o'clock in the morning there was still noise in the corridors and loud talking in the street. Cars passing by at that hour with the music blaring. They charge 10 euros for a four-kilogram dog per night. Archena is a pretty dead town except for the four bars right next to the hotel where the only thing there is the spa that disappointed us because of its exaggerated overcrowding at all hours. It looks more like a playground than a spa.

as everything must be said, we liked the kindness of a lady who takes care of the cleaning and in the morning was in the cafeteria and kindness of a person of reception that when we went out for a walk on Saturday morning informed us of a market of fruits, flowers, textile in case we wanted to see it.
Given the hotel's response, I extend my comment. 1) When we arrived at the hotel, they offered us their SPA service which on the other hand is very limited for that same afternoon. We informed the person who was attending us of our intention to go to the Spa without him making any comment about anything. It was at the Spa that we commented that we were in a hotel in the village when we were told that THE SPA offered a discount to those staying in establishments in the village by presenting a receipt from the hotel. Therefore it is a courtesy of the BALNEARIO and in the hotel we were not informed of this. So I don't understand why you think my comment is ABSOLUTE. 2) In the photocopy of the SPA services that we were given, there is an offer of a massage in the room itself with a glass TEXTUALLY, without indicating if it is in the suite, which on the other hand is indifferent and for us is still surprising and makes you think. As there are people for all tastes, you will have your audience. WE DO NOT DOUBT IT.. 3) You cannot avoid being in the area you are in but I am entitled to comment how according to you "PEOPLE HAVE FUN" loudly and with music at full volume in the street all night long and not only in the street, IN THE CORRIDORS OF OUR ROOM, which you ignore, or not, since at night there is no one left in the hotel and you enter the building with your room card. When you can finally fall asleep, the light wakes you up as the windows only have white blinds. To sum up a sleepless night.. 4) No one has told you to manage the spa, you have enough to manage your hotel but I can comment on the reality that is very crowded In the pools full of small children can not even enter and in the treatment area must queue for everything despite the prices are high.

Only stayed 2 nights as my wife went down with food poisoning on the first night. Not enough proof to blame food at the hotel. We were put in a room overlooking the main road and afraid the double glazing didn't keep out the noise. Traffic and all night revellers leaving a discoteque meant there was no sleep for us at night. Due to my wife's illness we left after 2 nights but still had to pay for the 4 nights which I thought under the circumstances was rather mean of the hotel. Sorry but I can not recommend this hotel.

had a great short stay in Archena, and Hyltor lived up to expectations. Loved the friendly staff and convenient location near the Balneario and restaurants. The small but good spa was a nice bonus, especially the massage. Warm and clean room made for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast plates and glasses too small.
